Audrey Tendell

Audrey is the Development Director of the 5M Project. Prior to joining Forest City, she was a Project Manager for Lennar Urban's San Francisco office. In this capacity she was responsible for the securing entitlements and advancing the planning efforts for the Hunters Point Shipyard/Candlestick Point redevelopment project. Over the past 10 years, Audrey has helped advance several urban strategies and housing initiatives in San Francisco. She holds an undergraduate degree from Brown University and a masters degree in urban planning from Harvard's Design School.
