BRING THE AREA TO LIFE

The Challenge:  As of now, the neighborhoods are disconnected from each other. There is a lack of cultural activity and cohesiveness that an area like this needs to thrive.

The Opportunity:  Build public spaces that host artful and creative events and programs that represent and reflect the communities’ wants and needs. Provide reasons for different cultures to connect. Make it accessible to children and the elderly. Make it inviting and un-programmed. Don't make buying a requirement so it’s accessible to more people. Keep it interesting and edgy.
