MAINTAIN DIVERSITY

The Challenge:  There is significant affordable housing in the area that allows families and individuals to stay in the city at reasonable rents. Yet, the city is always becoming more expensive and people are getting pushed out.

The Opportunity:  Help us maintain and grow both affordable and market rate housing. Enable a mix of tenants that works with the neighborhood rather than against it. Help ignite a culture of “You can” rather than one that insists, “You can’t.”
